Analysis: Putin clarified Russia just play the ball by his policies

For once, the US president and European leader were on the same page.
Holding for a familiar parable, a choir of western state leaders declared this week that “the ball is in the Russian court” after Ukraine agreed with US conversations on Tuesday in an immediate 30-day stop.
Instead of making a playing, Vladimir Putin on Thursday took the ball, snecraws a fresh set of conditions across it, and returned it -asserted the game could not move forward to the other side of his policies.
“The idea itself is right, and we definitely support it,” said Putin, sitting next to his longtime ally Alexander Lukashenko at a Kremlin meeting.
It was the “but” that followed all the heavy lifting.
“There are questions we need to discuss, and I think we need to talk about them with our American and partners,” he added, suggesting that Ukraine is also unable to move and the western military help with Kyiv will stop during the stop.
Meanwhile, the message is clear: Russia has no intention of stopping its own rearmament. Ukraine is afraid that Putin is preparing to do exactly what she has accused of Kyiv of: Exploiting the ceasefire to rebuild and strengthen her offensive if the talks are falling, as Russian forces are forcing their land advantage.
