WHen millions of parents bought their children a Tony Hawk’s pro skater game in the late 90s and early 00s, they did not understand its deep effects on their children’s music taste. Through the bands from bad religions to Papa Roach and Millencolin with each failed rotation and grind, these trick-tastic games are slyly double as the ultimate CD compilation.
While FIFA games have an equally storied history with licensed music, soundtracks feel impersonal – a who in any associated record label of artists who want to push on time.
