While we are waiting for more lionesses pictures to fallHere’s something to read:
Bronze’s ski goggles are back
One of the iconic shots from the festival of Euro 2022 is Lucy Bronze wearing ski goggles and I’m excited to tell you she’s wearing them again. What an icon. Once I get a picture I update you.
Here’s the size of the crowd waiting for the lions in the southend:
The plane officially arrived. The lions brought home football again and they did it with a majority of fans waiting to have fun for them. Next stop, downing street.
When Sarina Wiegman was interviewed after the match he said the word to define the team was “team”. Here’s how a performance from across the squad got the line:
I should get you photos of their plane landing And of players are emerging shortly but to ensure you so far, here’s another beautiful piece to read:
This is quite contest for Chloe Kelly. Read more about the star:
More pictures of fans who greet England when they arrive:
Lionesses came home
The England team reached the land of the house after returning from Switzerland to Southend Airport. There were fans and media there to accept them before a trip to Downing Street this afternoon.
Ian Harris contacted some more suggestions on the movie title:
Lead to Leah
Clinch it like chloe
Lash it like Lauren
Smash it like sarina
Handle (hoof?) It’s like hannah
I like them all but I think my favorite is Lead ‘Em like Lea.
No more people hurt:

Tom Garry
My stupid stat to offer you all is: England is the first team to win Euros without drawing in Group A or B.
Claire has been emailing:
We still had a buzz from the game last night and the guardian coverage kept us entertained in the car. The movie title game brought these suggestions from my two sons, Josh and Sam.
Edge like agyemang? Hold it like Hampton?
Two very good suggestions, both have a great ring on them.
Hampton played Euros two days after grandfather
England’s goalkeeper Hannah Hampton had an incredible contest, Being a hero in two penalty shootouts but he did it after a recent passing to his family. Read his Instagram post:

Want to know what Spain’s cost is the final? Nick Ames explained everything here, a great read to i -tuck in:
There were different reports on how quickly Chloe Kelly’s penalties were in this contestHe took three – one against Sweden, one against Italy and one against Spain. But the latest report suggests Kelly’s penalty in the final is the fastest goal of the entire contest, which goes to an 110km/h. That was faster than the fastest objective of the Premier League that scored during the 2024/25 period arrived at Alexander’s 109km/h Newcastle.
Something for your ears:
Debbie Tidy emailed her suggestion to the movie title:
Call it like Carter …
So apt. Jess Carter called the racism that she endured during the contest and responded to a 10/10 performance in the final.
This piece is very good from Jonathan Lwew:
I was a bit surprised that there was nothing for Michelle Aggiemang. Yes Chloe Kelly and Hannah Hampton are both amazing throughout the tournament and of course Sarina Wiegman deserves all the flowers but Agyemang has scored two goals that keep the lions in the contest. Without him, England would come home a week ago.
Kelly and Hampton are set for MBES
England stars Chloe Kelly and Hannah Hampton is set to be awarded to MBES after helping lions maintain the Euros trophy. Kelly scored a winner against Italy in the semi-final and the winning penalty against Spain in the final. Hampton, meanwhile, was a great overseer of all the tournaments and saved two penalties in the final shootout. More than that:
David Smith has a suggestion on the transfer title:
Certainly given everything that happened to this Euro tournament should be…
Escape to success.
That’s not a bad cry, you know. Bend IT like the director of Beckham may go in a different direction but a documentary of Euro 2025 should be called that.
Are you following us to Bluesky? If the answer is not what are you doing? Jokes, you can find us here if you want to follow.
Colin Beveridge emailed:
Has it been mentioned that Sarina Wiegman was an anagram of “I won as a manager”?
This is completely incredible. Any happy facts or more suggestions for a new bend it is like the Beckham title for the sequel, please email me and contact.

London train stations start to celebrate:
Spain Manager Montse Tomé’s The contract ends by the end of August and after the final loss in England, his future is in the air. RFEF President Rafael Louzan said:
Montse Tomé’s future is an issue we need to address, but now it’s not time. Tomé has done a complimentary job and has a great courage. Will discuss his future later.
Richard Whitehouse with two suggestions For this new bend like Beckham Movie:
Surely it should be wely like Kelly?
Or in the light of the latest news will it break like copper?
Euro maintenance is not a bad way for England’s assistant coach Arjan Veurink to bend. The pre-tournament announced that he would take the Netherlands managerial position after Euros and that he deserved all his frauds for all the work he had put. Sarina Wiegman won three euros in succession but so did she. It would be interesting -friendly to see how Wiegman would fit without his number two.
Michael Gould with a great here:
Win it (just win it) like Williamson
As they said a picture is worth a thousand words So here are some who tell the contest story:
This is another beautiful new movie title from Tom Stephenson:
‘Blast it like copper’ would be appropriate
