‘Jof and his son Inigo live in St Agnes, Isles of Scilly. I visited Jof for the first time in January 2024, after a short flight from the end of the ground and a fast boat trip. He is known for making traditional pots completely without plastic, using the local growing willow. His workshop was amazing -his industrial background in design was immediately apparent.
