Strangers are having sex in our hotel room at the Premier Inn while we’re outside | Tasks to Consumer

Strangers had sexual relationships in our Premier Inn room while we were out and the Premier Inn refused to do anything about it.

We are an older marriage in our 70s and my husband is advanced Parkinson and dementia. We book a accessible room for two nights in London Stratford Hotel Over Christmas as we visited our daughter. The room was in a good mood as we checked in but when we returned from our daughter at 9:00 we were afraid to discover that people were participating in sexual bathroom relationships. Knickers are glued, condoms are in the bathroom and a party hat is in the room.

I called a reception but no answer. I couldn’t leave my husband for help, so the bathroom had to clean with a towel. The next morning, I would only find a staff member at the bar that had removed offensive items but said that there was no careful career on the site to clean up. So we felt that the shower could not be used During our stay Like we don’t know where the body fluids are.

Premier Inn insisted that there was no record of our access room while we were out and dismissed. As you thought, my husband and I will not have sexual relationships this way in our age.

Your experience is so powerful that I hit you with every detail. The pictures you took show a paper hat from a cracker on the floor of the room -a couple of black panties balled in the washbasin and some condoms floating in the lavatory.

The premier inn’s initial response to you is definitely removing. It apologized for “any inconvenience” for this disruption to your “positive journey”, asserting that your key card only used to access the room in the afternoon and let you know that it would make every effort to avoid “any similar scope” [sic] And it doesn’t match anymore.

Today, the company may have experienced pensioners carrying carpet bags full of sex aids to settle the room to claim a refund. Perhaps it is assumed that the festive cheer went to your heads that night. Or maybe readers of its room lock are not as reliable as it assumes. It was backtracking at speed when I asked if there was a CCTV in the corridor to determine the culprit and why the hotel was not hurt.

It remains pleasant that you are the only people who enter the room after cleaning in the morning, and it seems that there is no CCTV in the corridors. However, it confirms the door may not be properly shown when you leave for your daughter and that a passing couple can occupy the opportunity for high jinks. It also adopted that there should be staff available to clean the room.

One speaker said: “We are acknowledged and apologized for the subsequent experience of how the complaint was dealt with, and such a good -hearted act we will contact the guest directly to arrange a refund for their stay.”
