This method is wide and misleading promoted as “natural”. This is based on the simplicity that a menstrual cycle adheres to a reliable regular pattern, which I call “Egg-timer model”. The basic assumption is that ovulation occurs only within four to five days of mid -cycle, known as the fertile window. The justification of the rhythm method is that conception can be avoided by restricting the coitus with the rest, not day-to-day rotation.
In cases where conception occurs despite the use of the rhythm method, according to the egg-timer model it is likely to result from a sperm aging that produces a fresh egg, or from an egg aging fertilized by a fresh sperm. In either case, an increase in risk of miscarriage or abnormal fetal development is expected. In fact, the goals survey revealed that the rate of failure of the rhythm method was high (exceeding 20% in practice). One reason for this may be the small studied phenomenon of long-term storage of sperm in the neck of the womb.

Women should not be a gasit regarding the potential consequences of hormonal control control over mental health. Anxiety and sadness are unusual effects and for some may have serious consequences, especially if health professionals have denied that synthetic hormones can cause and do not act quickly to offer successors.
It is true that hormonal contraceptives do not affect all women in this way, but since we have no reliable way of knowing who can be negatively affected, we should be open to these women’s case and hormones may not be suitable for everyone. We should also believe and support those who report a major change in the mental state after the start of treatment.
We should of course also ensure that young women are aware of the dangers of using unlucky monitoring of apps that promote online. It is possible, with proper education and tools, to prevent pregnancy without control of the hormonal birth. Unfortunately, it requires a different approach and investment in women’s health, which I am not sure of health services currently with the capacity to be delivered.

Trump’s real mission
Your editorial is right to say that “a dangerous new international interpretation -next one states” (comment), but Donald Trump does not act without benefit for himself and his supporters.
Slowly and skilled over the past decade, the billions of classes worked to deduct the slow process by which American democracy and differences expanded. At the same time, capitalism has stripped millions of working Americans of rights to an affordable roof on their heads, with decent health care and access to higher education. Then, the broad sum was spent by billions -billions in the Trump campaign including racism, misogyny and intolerance, and then his administration’s attack on the policies for “integration and difference -Irs”.
Don’t be fooled. Trump and Elon Musk do not cut down the government’s budget, bureaucratic garbage and excess. They also do not slap the deep state and the global security policy of America.
Acting on behalf of “lending institutions and increasing money”, they reduce slow, process of regulation of prevailing prevalent, extractive capitalism. They hacked in democracy – both at home and abroad.

It is important a walk in the war
Andrew Rawnsley clearly summarizes the options available to Sir Keir Starmer as he is preparing to go to the White House in this pivotal and really scary (“What can Keir Starmer say in the White House that Donald Trump can listen to?”, Comment, last week).
I feel strongly that our government should be brave and forward thinking and putting ourselves and the country in the equivalent of a war -stride. It needs to be pushed by quickly a raft of steps to improve our self -sufficiency, especially with food, energy, and defense. As we did in World War II.
They need to hold cross-party brainstormings, start a blitz of public information to get the whole country involved and involved. Act quickly. It can combine the country. We left Europe and the US left us, we were alone and we had to be together, work together. Good can come out of all this awkwardness.

Animal suffering is Rife
Marion Rowe correctly pointed out how surprisingly that the Prawns farms had broken their eyes, causing them to be ill and, of course, making them blind (letters, last week). Sadly, mutizes are common in animal farming today.
The cows of milk and beef are rotting, and the calves of beef are that -castrated. Usually for a hen-laying hen to have the end of his beak sliced without anesthesia, while still a chick. The lambs have their tails that are locked and the boys are castrated. Animal aid urges people to boycott products resulting from all this suffering, by choosing a vegan diet.

Thanks to Katherine Rundell, the award-winning author’s author, I have learned that the 15th century Little boy’s book Children are warned not to “wipe your nose or nostrils, other men will say you will come to the churls”. How Prescient.

The no sausage
Nigel Slater’s mouthwatering recipe for sausages with spinach and cannellini beans is accompanied by a juicy full-pump (magazine, last week). However, it only describes five sausages, while the recipe indicates six. Am I the only one who wants to know what happened to another?
